James Corden’s “May I Have Your Attention Please?”
I am a big fan of the TV show Gavin & Stacey. My favorite characters are Smithy and Nessa. It turns out that the actors playing these characters are actually the writers and creators of the show, Ruth Jones (Myfanwy from Little Britain) and James Corden.
James Corden’s character Smithy has become popular outside of the show with his work with Comic Relief and Sport Relief. He came to the scene with his breakout role in the hit History Boys.
Corden was the wise cracking slacker in school, but had his passion and made it happen. He had some tough times trying to find himself and figure out what he is about, but that is what makes him so relatable. He is a funny guy and I found his memoir interesting and entertaining.
